Space-saving hydroponics is easy to start.

1. Place an appropriate amount of sprout seeds (sold separately) in a transparent lower container, add enough water to submerge the seeds, and leave overnight. 2. Transfer the seeds to a mesh-like top container and spread them evenly so that they do not overlap. 3. Fill the lower container with water up to the level and stack the upper container. 4. Cover the upper container with aluminum foil, etc. and place it in a dark place. 5. While changing the water once a day, when the buds have grown to the edge of the upper container, remove the cover and expose them to light. 6. Harvest when they are ready to eat.
